1/2 cup thinly sliced English hothouse cucumber (16 slices)
1 cup shredded chicken breast
1/4 cup cilantro leaves or to taste
How to Make It
Combine peanut butter, green onions, soy sauce and sesame oil in small bowl. Spread evenly over bread slices. Layer 2 bread slices evenly with carrots, half of the cucumber, cilantro, chicken and remaining cucumber. Top with remaining bread slices, peanut butter side down.
