How to Make It

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic to pan; cook 2 minutes. Add pineapple; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add soy sauce, pepper, juice, and ginger; cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro.

This was great! Followed the recipe exactly and paired it with pomegranate glazed pork loin and steamed green beans. Mmmmm!

Outstanding! Made exactly as directed and served with Hoisin and Bourbon Glazed Tuna, Hot Sichuan-Style Green Beans and Food & Wines Spicy Peanut Noodles. Very spicy!
