Based on the common ingredients and how vile the marinade smelled, I didn't expect much from this recipe, but it was really good. If I were to change anything, I might add just a teeny bit more curry. It's so subtle, it borders on the non existent. Being the one person left in Texas who does NOT own a grill, I broiled the chicken thighs instead. I'm sure a grill would have brought out more of the caramelized flavor, but my way was much easier to clean up after!

I used a regular grill (not a grill pan) and the grill smoked so much and the chicken burnt a little. So for sure use the grill pan. However, the flavor was good, but nothing too special (though the curry was nice). I might not try this one again.

This is an absolute staple in our house. My husband and two kids LOVE it!! So does everyone I serve it to. We usually eat ours with pot stickers and steamed sugar snap peas with lemon and butter. Yum!! Quick, easy, and delicious!!

This was great! I followed the recipe, but I used chicken breast and a grill pan. I will definitely make a again!

My fiancé made this for me for the first time a few years ago because I asked him to make a lighter meal (I'm trying to eat healthier and he wanted to help me out). Wow! We both loved this so much. We've made this dish several times since. We keep a supply of curry powder in his pantry just for this.

The whole family loved it, my mother and my son both very picky couldn't stop eating it. I added a little tomato paste, some rice vinegar, a more curry and it was very delicious although I only marinated it for an hour it was so so good!!!
