I've made this salad twice. Both times exactly as the recipe was created, and it was fabulous both times. This will become part of my permanent summertime rotation. Super!
A great salad that looks elegant but takes no time at all. There is too much tart lemon juice in the dressing for my taste (I recommend decreasing to 1 tablespoon) but the rest of the salad is great - sweet plump figs, creamy blue cheese, and peppery arugula.
I have made this many times and loved it. Lastnight I added julliened prosciutto and made a balsamic reduction instead of the regular dressing. Fabulous! Flavors just exploded.
