How to Make It

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Place Brussels sprouts, pistachios, and apple in a large bowl; toss to combine. Add vinaigrette; toss to coat.

Fantastic flavor! The apple works very well with the brussel sprouts!! I used more shallots than the dressing called for. My family loved it, easy to make and is great for entertaining!!

made to recipe except subbed pecans for pistachios because that's what we had on hand.  great salad.  served with steak and CL's potato-leek gratin.
