excellent dessert to make when you want to please your family. only difference is that i added a cream cheese/powdered sugar mixture to the inside of the enchilada with the apple filling. great recipe without it, but even better with. yum!
Delicious and easy but my husband says it tastes like a fancy dessert!!!!!!
Delicious. The sauce absolutely makes this recipe. I loved them the way they were, but next time I might add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
Made this for a last minute dessert last night. Didn't let them sit in the sauce for 30 minutes as suggested and they still were delicious!
The recipe was easy and really delicous. I loved it with ice cream and without
This is a great dessert. Really completes a mexican dinner. I think next time I will try it with some deep fried ice cream.
This was so easy and delicious. I had to triple the recipe for our kids at church and did not get the chance to "set aside" for 30 minutes, but only about 15. It was still a hit. We served it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I will make this again, no doubt. I think peaches would also be a tasty filling for this recipe.
