How to Make It
Combine flour, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a small bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
Combine apple, cranberries, ginger, and remaining 1 tablespoon granulated sugar in a large bowl; stir gently. Spoon fruit mixture into an 8-inch square pan coated with cooking spray, and sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
