How to Make It

Stir together first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 13 to 15 minutes or until mixture has thickened and is reduced to about 1 cup. Stir in red pepper.

Delish! Perfect marinade for the fall! Bourbon and apples were made for each other. Definitely a keeper!

This glaze really complemented the grilled pork chops in the companion recipe. Great flavors came together well. Note that the reducing time was much longer than what the recipe indicated.
