I used a granny smith apple so it seemed a bit tart. Next time I'll choose a sweeter apple or use a ripe pear. Adding a few sprinkles of feta made this a 4 star salad.
How to Make It
Combine olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, pepper, and salt in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add greens, almonds, and apple. Toss to coat.
