How to Make It

Chop garlic in a food processor. Add mayonnaise, and process until smooth. With processor running, gradually pour oil in a slow steady stream, blending until smooth.

Delicious! I would make this again and again. I served with grilled asparagus and grilled salmon. Absolutely amazing! I am a huge garlic fan so this was perfect for me! Takes less than a minute to make!
