  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough as close to a ½-inch thick rectangle as possible. Use a butter knife or a pastry brush to smear as much or as little mustard onto the dough as you like. (If you don’t like mustard, feel free to use ketchup.) Sprinkle the ham and cheese evenly over the mustard.

  • Starting with the edge nearest you, begin rolling the dough. Once it is all rolled up, pinch the edges of the dough along the seam to prevent it from unraveling. Use a sharp knife to cut 6 to 8, 2-inch thick pieces. Evenly space the pinwheels on a greased baking sheet and place in the oven.

  • Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
