  • Wrap a bacon half around each oyster; secure with a wooden pick through oyster.

  • Combine cornmeal, salt, and pepper; dredge oysters in meal mixture. Combine milk and eggs; beat well. Dip oysters into milk mixture; dredge again in meal mixture. Deep fry in hot oil (375°) until golden brown; drain on paper towels. Serve warm with Seafood Sauce.
