How to Make It

Season 6 lb. ground beef chuck with salt and pepper. Lightly form into 12 (3/4-inch-thick) patties. Grill on an oiled rack set 5 to 6 inches over glowing coals, turning once, 10 to 15 minutes for medium-rare. Grill burger buns, if desired. Finish with toppings.

This is the way I eat my hamburgers. Maybe with a little onion also chopped and rolled in them. The chuck is so tasty. I also love raw onions of my burger along with yellow mustard.
