  • Combine cream and chopped candy bars in a medium size mixing bowl. Place over a double boiler and melt, stirring often, until completely melted and well combined. Place the bacon on a cooling rack placed on top of a rimmed baking sheet. Spoon Almond Joy mixture onto bacon slices and brush until evenly coated on both sides.
