How to Make It

Cook orzo according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Return orzo to pan; stir in oil, herbs, rind, and salt. Sprinkle with almonds.

I didn't have chives so used minced green onion tops instead.  I also chose to substitute butter for the oil.  It is nice but fairly plain.  Perhaps a squeeze of lemon juice would've helped a bit.  I did serve this with salmon.  I'll make it again - DH loved it.
