Everybody's favorite low-calorie pint of ice cream transforms itself into a thick milkshake that you can feel good about. Unsweetened coconut adds a hint of tropical flavor without adding too much extra sweetness. If you don't have almond milk, substitute coconut milk for an even richer, silkier shake.
1 pint Vanilla Halo Top, frozen
3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
3 tablespoons vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
2 tablespoons almond butter
Prepared whipped cream, for garnish (optional)
Chopped almonds, for garnish (optional)
How to Make It
In a blender, combine Halo Top, coconut, almond milk, and almond butter; blend until smooth. Divide mixture evenly between 2 glasses. Top with whipped cream and chopped almonds, if desired. Serve immediately.
