These are a decadent and dainty confection - a perfect sweet bite, with a blend of the date and almond flavors. You really only need 1 or 2 to satisfy.
A friend of mine served these for the appetizer course of our african-themed CL supper club dinner. I thought they were good though very almondy due to the marzipan. They are simple and pretty tasty. I don't know if I will make these myself but I did enjoy eating them!
