There's no need to turn on the oven or hover over a hot skillet with this easy dinner solution. Pork chops get crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle with a little help from the air fryer. A tasty herb butter brushed on before serving takes these easy chops over the edge with great flavor.

  • Preheat large 5-6qt air fryer to 400°F for 8 minutes. Lightly coat fry basket with cooking spray. Add 2 pork chops to basket, and cook until golden brown and a thermometer inserted into the thickest portion registers 145°F, 12 to 14 minutes. Remove pork chops from air fryer, and transfer to a platter; let rest 5 minutes. Cover pork chops with aluminum foil to keep warm. Repeat procedure with remaining 2 pork chops.

  • Stir together butter, rosemary, and thyme in a small bowl. Brush butter mixture over pork chops; serve immediately.
