How to Make It
Trim silver skin and any excess fat from tenderloins, and place in a large ziplock plastic bag or shallow dish.
Whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and Sriracha in a small bowl. Pour marinade over pork; seal bag and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.
Preheat air-fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes. Lightly coat air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place pork tenderloins in air fryer basket; discard marinade. Cook 18 to 20 minutes or until desired degree of doneness, flipping once or twice during cooking process. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
