  • 1. Preheat an air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Using your hands, gently mix together beef, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, paprika, granulated garlic, and granulated onion in a large bowl. Shape into 2 (1-inch-thick) patties. Make a thumbprint in the center of each patty.

  • Place patties in fry basket spaced about 1 inch apart. Cook until browned and to desired level of doneness, 9 to 10 minutes (for medium-rare, cook to 165°). Transfer to a cutting board, and top with cheese, if using. Tent loosely with aluminum foil, and let rest 5 minutes. Fill buns with burgers and desired toppings.
