How to Make It

Blend 1 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1 frozen banana (chopped), 1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries and honey to taste.

Chef's Notes

For a tropical flavor, substitute pineapple or mango juice for the orange juice, and experiment with different fruits.
