Brazilian surfers first popularized this freakishly nutritious Amazonian berry. Now it has gone mainstream. The smoothie here, by F&W's Grace Parisi, boosts açai's healthfulness with pomegranate juice.

How to Make It

In a blender, combine one 5-ounce package frozen unsweetened açai puree with 2 bananas, 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1 cup pomegranate juice and 1 tablespoon agave nectar and blend at high speed until smooth. Serve right away.
