Prep: 5 min. Coleslaw may produce liquid during extended chilling. Add another package of coleslaw mix, if necessary.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds (optional)
  • 1 (16-oz.) package shredded coleslaw mix

How to Make It

Whisk together mayonnaise, next 3 ingredients, and, if desired, celery seeds in a large bowl; add coleslaw mix, tossing well. Serve immediately or chill.

This was super easy and quick. I made it for a bbq pot luck and everyone loved it. I even got comments on it after dinner was over. I used cider vinegar instead of white vinegar and omitted the celery seeds.
