It crushes even the toughest ingredients... like a boss.
I have a thing for kitchen tools, especially the big-budget ones. I incessantly pinned my raspberry colored Kitchen Aid mixer on Pinterest until I eventually convinced my family to buy one for me. I drool over every new color that Le Creuset releases for their classic Dutch ovens, and I practically worship my largest cast-iron skillet, making sure to carefully oil it after each use. So when my cheap blender just wasn’t blending to satisfactory standards, I knew it was time to get a new one. I diligently researched the best high-powered blenders on the market and landed on the Breville Boss as the one. Frankly, I could not be more ecstatic about the pure bliss that this blender brings me. I geek out every time I use it. Like I mentioned, this blender carries a relatively hefty price tag, however, if you are looking to transform your blending life... I would highly recommend considering what Breville has to offer. Here are a few reasons why I think the Breville Boss Blender is the boss.
The highlight of operating this blender how easy it is to control the speed of the blades. With many cheaper designs, you have to toggle back and forth between buttons to get the desired power that you need; however, on the Boss, there is a nifty dial that controls the speed, and the digital display allows you to see how high you have the power up and how long the blender has been running. You can even set blender on a timer to blend up your morning smoothie to perfection as you get dressed for work.

The blender jug is one solid piece, but the blade does detach from the blender. This prevents your blender from ever becoming a leaky mess, and makes for easy, safe cleaning. No more having to keep track of all of the various blender components every time you disassemble it for cleaning. I also love that the BPA-free jar holds up to 64 ounces (2 liters) of liquid, giving me enough space to fill up the blender without running the risk of it seizing from being too full.
This blender is powerful beyond belief. The 1500-watts pulverizes anything that I put into it. I recently fell in love with cashew butter, but it was becoming an ingredient that I’d leave on the shelves because of the price. As a simple, cost-effective solution, I now purchase a bag of roasted cashews and blend them with a spoonful of honey, and wallah, I have homemade cashew butter thanks to my blender. Which means I will finally get to make this Sesame-Cashew Zucchini Bread that’s been on my mind for months now since the first time that I tasted it.
To be honest, I truly enjoy looking at this blender on my counter. It’s a statement piece for me. It’s just as important as my KitchenAid mixer. It stands tall with all of its blending glory ready for me to embrace. I am more motivated now to get outside and exercise, just to come back home to make my post-workout out smoothie with the blender. Please don’t judge; this is simply how I feel, and I am not ashamed to say it. I am in love.
You can find the Breville Boss Blender at major home retailers or online.
