They’re not just confined to 7-Eleven anymore.

If there was ever a time in American history to both lean heavily into nostalgia as a vehicle for escaping the present and stock up on decadent food products in bulk, we’re probably living through it right now. Fittingly, it’s a great time to buy Dunkaroos— provided you have a Sam’s Club membership.

As you may recall, Dunkaroos resurfaced earlier in the trash fire year of 2020, much to the delight of anyone whose parents were pretty laissez faire about snack choices in the 90’s and 2000’s. The only issue was that they were fairly hard to come by, a product of the fact that they were only available at 7-Eleven.

But as @SamsClubMembers points out in a recent Instagram post, it looks like the bulk-oriented Walmart spinoff has got its hands on more than enough Dunkaroos to satisfy any craving. They’re in stock with six-packs now on sale for $6.98 each. Admittedly, I think that price refers to one box (which contains six individual servings of cookies and dipping frosting) rather than a pack of six boxes, but you really can’t complain too much about paying a reasonable amount of money to acquire this throwback snack.

Naturally, it seems like the chance to buy Dunkaroos in any quantity is too good to pass up, because @SamsClubMembers also reports that they’ve already sold out online. Hopefully they get restocked soon, but for now you might want to run down to your nearest Sam’s Club (assuming you’re a member, of course) to snatch up whatever they happen to have in stock.

Who knows what the future holds for the return of Dunkaroos. Maybe they’ll become a common sight once again, and maybe we’ll just have to dip cookies into frosting in a more makeshift manner. The future is uncertain. Eat whatever you want.
