There’s an official Peanuts cookbook coming out soon and, good grief, are we excited!

Peanuts Family Cookbook: Delicious Dishes for Kids to Make With Their Favorite Adults strikes us as a great gift for comic strip fans of all ages.

Split into four sections, the book includes recipes for dishes like Snoopy’s Grrr…nola, Lucy’s Lemon-Aid, Linus’s Pigs in a Blanket, Frieda’s Naturally Curly Pesto Pasta and Charlie Brownies.

The original Peanuts Cookbook, released in 1969, has reached cult status among some collectors. Like it’s predecessor, this book will feature original illustrations instead of photographs depicting the food.

Of course, any cookbook featuring Charlie Brown and the gang will be jam packed with holiday recipes. We don’t know about you, but we can’t wait try The Great Pumpkin Pie.

The book is set to be released on October 9th, and you can preorder a copy from retailers such as Barnes and Noble
