Update, April 2, 2019:

We have a release date, people! Game of Thrones Oreos will be available for a limited time starting April 8.

The pack will feature cookies with four unique embossments spotlighting four houses still battling for the Iron Throne, according to a press release.

Fans can pledge their loyalty to House Lannister, House Targaryen, House Stark, or The Night King by using #GameofCookies and #ForTheThrone on Facebook and Twitter. Some lucky fans will be surprised with a special treat from Oreo throughout the season, which will begin on April 14.

But that’s not all: Oreo and HBO are collaborating with Elastic (the creators of the Game of Thrones opening sequence) to create an Oreo-themed version of the opening credits featuring an animated landscape built entirely out of 2,750 OREO cookies.

Here’s a sneak peek:

Attention, Game of Thrones fans: Winter is coming to a grocery store near you.

The Junk Food Aisle reports that Game of Thrones Oreos are happening soon.

Yeah, you read that right: Game of Thrones Oreos. We’re not freaking out, YOU’RE freaking out.

Unfortunately, there’s no word yet on when they’ll be out. But, since the final season of the hit HBO show premieres in April, we’re putting our money on a spring release.

Technically, these are just regular ol’ Oreos in novelty packaging. Kind of a bummer, but hey, we’ll take it.

This isn’t the first time milk’s favorite cookie has strayed from its regular blue design to honor a cultural icon: In September, Nabisco released a highly anticipated limited-edition Mickey Mouse-themed Oreo variety to celebrate the character’s 90th birthday.

We reached out to Nabisco for more information about the GoT cookies—we’ll keep you posted.
