In a kind of gross—yet kind of amazing—move, Welch’s just released frozen, pre-cut avocados.

The avocado isn’t sliced or diced, but cut into “perfectly hard-chunks,” according to the product description.

We can’t speak to the taste, but these handy little “chunks” sound pretty darn convenient.

They’ll certainly make blending our smoothies or avocado dressings a much less risky endeavor. Not to mention, pre-made foods do make meal prep life easier.

Welch’s recommends using them in Poke bowls, dressings, sandwiches, and even desserts. We don’t know about all that, but we’ll definitely be using them when a recipe calls for blended avocados.

The bags, which are currently sold out on both Amazon and at Walmart, retail for just under $5 for a 10-ounce bag—definitely a bargain for avocado aficionados.
