When Trader Joe’s debuted its amazingly versatile Everything But the Bagel seasoning blend two years ago, we thought it couldn’t get better.

Key words: We thought.

Everyone’s favorite grocery store just released a brand spankin’ new Everything But the Elote seasoning blend and, you guys, the possibilities are endless.

Elote, for those of you who don’t know, is deliciously seasoned corn on the cob. The street food staple originated in Mexico, but has been popping up all over the U.S. recently.
