You can buy a lot of weird things on the internet. Some of those things are gross, and others are amazing. There are a few truly bizarre items, though, that straddle that very fine line. Take Dr. Pepper-flavored cotton candy, for instance.

Dr. Pepper is great. Cotton candy is great. But together? I just don’t know, you guys.

Delish spotted a bag of the confusing confection at a ShopRite in New Jersey, but you can buy a 3-pack for yourself from Amazon.

The reviews are, not-so-shockingly, mixed.

“Tasty but more like a cherry flavor,” said one reviewer. “Fun gift.”

“Gross,” said another.

One colorful review compared it to Lip Smacker’s’ infamous Dr. Pepper-flavored lip balm—which sounds kind of good, if you ask me.

“It tasted like eating a Dr. Pepper Lip Smacker. Which, alas, is not actually something I want to eat, as I'm not a toddler. Also, mine was pretty hard and squashed, but that could have been because a dog sat on it.”
