Let’s make one thing clear. Here at MyRecipes, we are no stranger to the world of dessert + dessert-ish breakfast mash-ups. We know the joys of waffled cookie brownies, and have even tried the sweet sensation of hot chocolate french toast. But not even the brilliant minds in our own test kitchen have conceived anything quite like this winning combination.

Cinnabon’s Cookie BonBites are a bite-sized version of their classic cinnamon roll recipe, nestled into a gooey chocolate chip cookie. If you’re a little skeptical to the idea, know that this treat was well received on its one-day debut for National Cookie Day in 2017, selling out nationwide.

The original cookies were made with dough by Nashville's Christie Cookie Company, the skilled bakers behind those heavenly DoubleTree by Hilton Cookies.

"The Cookie BonBite is one of our yummiest examples of creativity to come out of the innovation kitchen," said Jill Thomas, vice president of global marketing for Cinnabon, in the 2017 Cookie BonBites press release. "The delicious Cookie BonBite joins two extraordinary baked goods to create an unexpected out-of-this-world flavor combination not to be missed!”

Beginning on Friday, October 6th, these franken-treats will be available at $2.99 a piece or $9.99 for a half-dozen. You can find them in select stores for a limited time, according to their website.
