Chick-fil-A Is Adding Brownies, Coffee, and Mocha Cold Brew to Their Menu

Summer is effectively over, meaning there’s no need to waste any more time than you already have worrying about what you look like in a bathing suit (not that you ever should, by the way). With schools (perhaps foolishly) starting back up and the weather getting colder, it’s also entirely within the realm of possibility that we’ll have to cocoon back in our homes again soon enough, feasting on comfort food to pass the time.

But no matter what the world brings us, people are going to still want to eat Chick-fil-A and feed their caffeine addictions. In that regard, some new long and short-term menu additions at America’s favorite chicken chain should be exactly what you’re looking for.

Starting September 14, Chick-fil-A will introduce three new menu items, each with a connection to coffee, chocolate, or both. First up for those who love to start their day with a chicken biscuit and a cup of hot joe is their new Thrive Farmers Hot Coffee, a specialty-grade custom blend brewed with South and Central American beans. With notes of smooth caramel and a bit of a nutty finish, there’s plenty to appreciate about this particular brand of hot bean water.

If normal coffee doesn’t tingle your taste buds enough for you to drink the stuff, then maybe Chick-fil-A’s Mocha Cream Cold Brew is more your speed. For some reason a seasonal beverage, this takes everything people love about cold brew and pairs it with a delightful chocolate syrup and sweetened cream, serving it over ice to keep you cool and caffeinated.

Finally and most decadently, Chick-fil-A has added a Chocolate Fudge Brownie to their dessert menu. Made with a batter that incorporates melted semi-sweet chocolate and featuring big ol’ chunks of fudge, the fact that these are served individually wrapped is honestly a necessary deterrent to eating too many of these delightful treats at once.

While the Thrive Farmers coffee and the Chocolate Fudge Brownie are permanent menu additions, it should be noted that the Mocha Cream Cold Brew will only be around for a limited time. So if you like drinking chocolate and eating chicken, get on it quickly. Otherwise, feel free to incorporate Chick-fil-A’s brownies into your daily routine at your own pace.
