Summer Grilled Vegetable Pizza
Not only is this pizza a fun and easy weeknight meal, it's also healthier than most pizzas! Use this as an opportunity to cook up some of those fresh summer vegetables you've got. The recipe calls for squash and zucchini, but feel free to add in some of your other favorite veggies too. If you want to save a little time and don't want to pull out the grill, you can grill the vegetables in a grill pan instead.
