Rob Kardashian is the latest celeb to say that he's going "no cheat days" during his diet, he told TMZ. In addition to skipping the splurges, he's also leaving red meat, carbs, and fast food in the dust, opting instead to hit the gym five times a week.

We're all for moderation, exercise, and cooking more at home so that you know what's going into your food, and your body, but no cheat days? The agony!

Cheat With Me! I'm Gluten-Free!

The three schools of Cheat Day Thought are:

  1. No cheat days. Stick to your diet. Do not pass go. Do not collect any Sunday morning donuts or late night pizza.
  2. Go "Cheat Day Crazy". On your day off, go whole hog, and by "whole hog", we mean order bacon with a side of sausage with your meat-lover's omelet, and that's just breakfast.
  3. Cheat with a little splurge. Limit dessert to one night a week, or special occasions. Decide if your treat is a glass of wine or some dark chocolate, or both. Don't skip coworker lunch because the restaurant isn't paleo.
Makes 2 Cups. AKA, 1 Serving On A Bad Day

For us, it will always be door number 3, because life happens and we want to be part of it. Personally, the more I try to avoid the Girl Scout cookies in my freezer, the more likely I am to eat that handful of cashews, the square of dark chocolate, the glass of red wine, and then finally eat the damn Girl Scout cookies because how can I not?

Could you skip every cheat day and stay on track?
