Food That's Fun To Eat In Bowls, An Ode To Tom Brady's Diet
Tom Brady may have been defeated last weekend by Peyton Manning, but we still think he's winning for the way his Chef spilled that he eats.
No, we're not talking about no white sugar, no white flour, no iodized salt (only pink Himalayan), no cooking with olive or canola oil (only coconut), no "nightshades" (tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, or eggplants), no coffee, no caffeine, no fungus, no dairy, no fruit (except maybe a banana. Maybe).
We are talking about what his Chef, Allen Campbell, told Boston.com: "I'm all about serving meals in bowls."
Assumedly so what's left over after everything that's left out doesn't look so sad. But seriously, Tom, Allen, Gisele, we LOVE bowls. Can't get enough.
Forget the no this no that. We're all about moderation and portion, so get your bowls out and your indulgence on.
