My husband's first Father's Day is Sunday and I want to make it as special as possible. We're heading to the lake to celebrate with our daughter and parents (it's the 1st Grandfather's Day for both of our dads too) and I've planned a feast.  From a smoked pork butt and ribs that you make in the oven and finish on the grill to sides galore, here is how my menu is shaping up.

Father's Day Menu:

Shay's Fall-off-the-Bone Baby Back Ribs

Smoked Pork Butt

Tomato-Watermelon Salad (I like to stir in feta and fresh basil.)

Farmers' Market Potato Salad

Summer Vegetable Kebobs

Broccoli Salad

So Good Brownies (My all-time favorite brownie recipe!)

Basil Tonics (We have an abundance of fresh basil so this is the perfect use!)

What are you serving this Father's Day?
