There are four games today, which means we have eight recipes packed with bold flavors from each country. First up at 12:00 PM EST on ESPN, Nigeria takes on Argentina.

Representing Nigeria we have a version of Suya, which is grilled meat prepared on stick rubbed with local spices and loaded with chili pepper. Here we have Sirloin Skewers with Grilled Vegetable Couscous and Fiery Pepper Sauce.

For Argentina, we have delicious lamb chops smothered in a vibrant Mint Chimichurri sauce, a sauce that is as popular in Argentina as ketchup is in America. Rosemary-and-Black Pepper Lamb Chops.

Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Iran will also start at 12:00 PM EST on ESPN 2. Representing Bosnia, we have Stuffed Grape Leaves filled with rice, feta cheese, peppers, and onions. This dish is brimming with flavorful herbs and spices and has a delightful crunch from almonds as well.

And for Iran, we have a classic Chelo Keba. For chelo, the rice is parboiled, and then fried in a pan, covered with a cloth, and steamed with butter and salt, creating a crispy, golden crust on the bottom.

For the second round of games, on ESPN at 4:00 PM EST, Ecuador takes on France. First up for classic French cuisine, we have Chicken Fricassee with Parsley Roots and Chanterelle Mushrooms. This dish features chicken braised in white wine with a sauce created by reducing juices and thickening them with egg yolks and crème fraîche.

And for Ecuador we have a traditional dish that is hearty and delicious. Caldo de Bolas is a stuffed plantain dumpling soup found throughout Ecuador.

And our final game happening also at 4:00 PM EST on ESPN 2, we have Honduras vs. Switzerland. For Honduras we have a dish similar to the baleadas, which is one of the most common dishes in country with flour tortillas stuffed with mashed beans. Refried Bean-and-Corn Quesadillas Recipe.

And because

Switzerland has been making Sbrinz—a hard, aged, cow's-milk cheese—for centuries, we have Zucchini-and-Pepper Gratin with Herbs and Cheese with Sbrinz as a topping to the gratin made with a ratatouille-like mix of sautéed zucchini strips, bell peppers and tomato. Enjoy these global dishes and cook them up for your World Cup viewing party today.
