Warm, creamy, and topped with buttery crumbs, this turkey casserole goes well with almond-flecked green beans and toasty garlic bread. (Serves 4)

Turkey Tetrazzini

Green beans with almonds Trim 1 pound green beans; cook in boiling water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Toast 2 tablespoons sliced almonds in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add 2 teaspoons butter to pan; cook 30 seconds or until lightly browned. Add green beans, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, tossing to coat.

Garlic bread 


Total time: 43 minutes

1. While water for pasta and water for green beans come to a boil:
• Trim green beans.
• Heat skillet for turkey.

2. While pasta and beans cook:
• Cook turkey.
• Cook mushroom mixture.
• Preheat oven.

3. While pasta mixture bakes:
• Prepare garlic bread.
• Toast almonds.
• Finish green beans.
