Steak and Salad Pitas Dinner
• Grape tomato salad Place 2 cups grape tomatoes, 1 1/4 cups chopped English cucumber, and 2 tablespoon chopped green onions in a medium bowl; toss gently to combine. Combine 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon salt, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad; toss gently to coat.
