Espresso-Grilled Tenderloin Steaks

Roasted potato wedges*

* Preheat oven to 450º. Combine 1 (20-ounce) package of refrigerated red potato wedges (such as Simply Potatoes), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin, and 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper on a jelly-roll pan. Bake at 450º for 20 minutes or until browned, stirring once. Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
