Bell Pepper and Fresh Mozzarella Couscous

• Balsamic-Brown Sugar Strawberries Toss 1 cup halved strawberries with 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, and 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint. Let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
