Mushroom-Prosciutto Pizza

Arugula Salad with Garlic-sherry Vinaigrette
Combine 1 teaspoon extravirgin olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons sherry vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, and 1 crushed garlic clove in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add 6 cups arugula, 1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes, and 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper; toss to coat.

1. While oven preheats:
• Slice mushrooms and prosciutto
• Chop shallots, garlic, and thyme

2. While pizza toppings cook, bake untopped pizza crust.

3. While untopped pizza crust bakes:
• Shred cheese
• Prepare salad

QUICK TIP: Use a fresh thyme sprig that has small leaves so you don't have to chop them; just strip them off the stem.
