Hearty Pasta Meal
• Bitter greens with olive vinaigrette: Combine 2 tablespoons olive pâté, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley, and 2 teaspoons prepared mustard. Combine 6 cups Italian Blend salad greens and 2 tablespoons pitted, sliced kalamata olives. Toss with vinaigrette.
