* Microwave 1 (24-ounce) package refrigerated mashed sweet potatoes according to the package directions. Stir in 1 teaspoon butter, 1 teaspoon maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds.
