* Preheat oven to 425º. Combine 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ancho chile powder, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Rub spice mixture evenly on 2 (3/4-pound) trimmed pork tenderloins. Bake at 425º for 20 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155º.
