Pita crisps: Preheat oven to 350°. Split 1 pita in half horizontally, cut each half into 6 wedges. Place wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Lightly coat with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until pita wedges are crisp and golden brown.

1. While oven heats:
• Prepare couscous
• Prepare dressing
• Season pita wedges

2. While pita wedges cook:
• Prepare salad
