* Combine 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil, and 2 teaspoons sugar in a small bowl. Combine 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, and 1 (12-ounce) package coleslaw in a large bowl. Drizzle juice mixture over coleslaw mixture; toss well to coat.
