Rotini with Chicken, Asparagus, and Tomatoes

Spinach salad Combine 2 tablespoons minced shallots, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and a dash of black pepper in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add 6 cups fresh baby spinach; toss well.

Italian bread

1. While water boils for pasta:
• Prepare ingredients for chicken mixture.

2. While pasta cooks:
• Cook chicken mixture.

3. While chicken mixture simmers:
• Prepare salad.
