When it comes to buying grocery in bulk, Costco is king, having earned countless devoted members over the years for their discounted and plentifully packed products. For those getting ready to embark on a Whole 30, the warehouse-housed grocer can be an excellent source for affordably priced fresh produce and meats, as well as specialty products you’ll want to stock up on in advance.

From the chain’s Kirkland Signature products to major brand names sold at lower prices than the average grocery store, add these items to your list to make your Whole 30 preparation and execution an absolute breeze.

Basics

 Kirkland Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, and Ottavio Pure Avocado Oil – This trio of oils will help you work through just about any Whole 30 recipe on your Pinterest board.
