Once you try this almond milk, there's no turning back. Whether you're big into alt-milks or not, it's definitely worth a try,
There are a few areas of my personal food consumption preferences where I will be the first to admit that I am, in fact, a pretentious snob (sue me, okay?). In all my years of drinking almond milk, this never fell in that category of snobbery. I generally lean towards an unsweetened vanilla, but as far as brand, it was usually a matter of what grocery store I happened to be buying it in, or whatever was on sale. That said, this indifferent alt-milk consuming lifestyle came to a screeching halt after my first introduction to Califia Farm’s almond milk, and I can proudly announce that I am now a full-fledged convert. I have no desire to drink any of its competitors (we’ll call them that, at least, but there’s no competition TBH).
For me, my almond milk consumption habits are centered around cereal, oatmeal, smoothies, and COFFEE (there is no such thing as too many alt-milk lattes IMO). You’re not going to find me drinking that stuff straight up. This all changed when I uncovered the silky-smooth, ultra-palatable taste of this product. You can now find me, with both arms stretched up high, slurping this stuff down like it’s my damn religion. Unlike most almond milks, which, on their own, can come with an unpleasant, bitter taste, Califia almond milk goes down smooth as marble and as cool as the other side of the pillow. See, it’s so good that it makes me use tacky similes to describe just how delightful it is.
My biggest justification for preaching about the wonders of this particular brand of almond milk is because of the magic that happens when you mix it with coffee. Anyone who has used nut milk in their java has experienced the dreadful, unsightly coagulation that happens when little bits start to gather at the bottom of the drink. Guess what? Not with Califia! It holds its own in an iced coffee situation and provides a smooth and sturdy backbone for your coffee-drinking pleasures. No more freaky, cloud-like curdling and wondering if your milk has gone bad. If you’re new to the alt-milk game, don’t waste any time to pour yourself a glass of Califia. And to all you seasoned almond milk drinkers, take that leap of faith like I did and never look back.
